FREEDOM

I see street photography as pure creative freedom—an immersive, relaxing, and therapeutic experience. It’s art in motion, a form of exercise for both the body and mind, and a social adventure if you choose it to be.

These images were born from a period of personal flux. After the quiet and uncertainty of lockdown, I found myself questioning my path in photography. Should I continue, or was it time to let go? Instead of giving up, I shifted direction. I let go of the pressure to earn a living and simply stepped outside—into cities, towns, and streets—armed with nothing but my cameras and lenses.

That year, I became obsessed. Day by day, my creative passion reignited, and it began to flow back into my portraiture work. It reminded me of a fundamental truth: never give up. Follow your heart and let your art lead you where it may.

Today, I reside in the space between street portraiture and documentary photography, driven by the joy of creativity, connecting with people, and helping others—rather than the pursuit of money. For me, photography is more than a profession; it’s a calling, a way to find beauty, meaning, and connection in the world around us.
